We founded The Digital Story Company to link communities with professional creative talent.

Each film project is the result of a co-creation and collaboration with various creative facilitators, allowing participants to have an authentic connection to the stories they tell. The work serves as an opportunity to obtain storytelling skills, grow in confidence, and showcase creativity.

Where We Live Hip Hop Manga Project

“Where We Live” is written and performed by young residents of Higham Hill and Banbury Park Housing Estate. The hip hop music video tells of the great highs and challenges of growing up in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

My Generation

My Generation was an intergenerational series of filmmaking workshops for young residents (ages 11-21) of a housing estate community based in North East London London.

Priory Court in the Act

A musical documentary inspired and performed by the community of East London’s housing estate, Priory Court, about life during the Covid-19 lockdown 2020.

Freedom: A Future You Want Project

Young people ages 11- 19 from Priory Court Housing Estate Community in Waltham Forest were invited to take part in this exciting and free opportunity to craft and film their own spoken-word performance.
